A Clinical Study On Dae-Ha(leukrrhea)



Abstract
Dae-ha(leukorrhea in the Western medicine) is called the state which the external genital organ, from vagina to vulva and the subarea, is wet and contaminated by secretions of reproductive organ. Furthermore it includes the female/s internal
reproductive disease in the Oriental Medicine.
Dae-ha is important as the directest and the most objective standard in the clinical diagnosis of Gynecology, So, this report made the foolowing conclusions by arrangement and analyss of the charts of 100 patients who complained the serious
leukorrhea(Dae-ha) out of the patients coming to the O. P. D. of the Gynecology in the Oriental Medical Hospital, K. M. C. during a year of 1990.
1. The twenties were most of the patients who came to the O. P. D. for the first time, and married were 70.3% of all.
2. As for the period of illness, 1 year to 5 years was most as 32.0%, and the past treated history was 77.0%
3. As for pat history, the cases of digestive disorders were 13 as the highest level, the cases of uterus and related organs disorders weer 40.
4. As for the colours of Dae-ha yeelow was 80% white was 15%, red was 4%, and black was 1%, in descending order.
5. The cases of menorrhalgia and abnormal menstrual interval in Dae-ha were more (by each 25.2%, 1) than the cases without menorrhalgia and abnormal menstrual interval.
6. As for the applied medications. Eun-hwa-sa-gan-tang was most used for these cases, as used to 50 patients more than once. And as assistant Hyang-sa-pyeong-wi-san was most as used to 31 patients.
7. As for the period of treatment, 1 week to 2 weeks were 18%, and more than 12 weeks were 18%, in descending order.
8. As for the effect of treatment, the cases completely cured were 7.0%, af all, remarkably cured were 30%, and some cured were 35.0%, finally, the effect of treatment was approved in 72.0% of all patients.
